UK
The following are our delivery options for UK residents and are available to choose from whilst completing payment:

Please note delivery timescales are calculated on working days (Monday to Friday) and exclude bank holidays.
All orders are sent via the royal mail by recorded delivery and require a signature upon arrival. If no one is in a calling card will be left and your goods can be collected from the appropriate post office listed on the card. We use recorded delivery to avoid any discrepancies.
We can’t ship to Po Box addresses due to security reasons.
Europe
(8–10 Working days). Delivery Charge £7.95.
All orders are sent via recorded delivery through the Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is in a calling card will be left and your goods can be collected as per the instructions on the card.
Please note all overseas orders are subject to stringent security checks which can delay delivery. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any orders unable to pass through our credit control department.
Goods can also be held up by customs and there is nothing we can do about this. We also have no control over customs and import charges and in the unusual event of this happening any fees due are the responsibility of the recipient. For information on import charges please contact your local customs office.
This is the only delivery option for European orders.
Rest of the World
(10 – 14 working days). Delivery Charge £9.99.
All orders are sent via recorded delivery through the Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is in a calling card will be left and your goods can be collected as per the instructions on the card.

This is the only delivery option for Rest of the World orders.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with Country2Urban. If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or return it for a refund for the purchase price of your merchandise.
Only new and unworn merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Any merchandise that arrives after the 14 day period will only be eligible for an exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We ship exchanges, Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded).
When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage to Country2Urban. For your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to track your packages and to ensure the packages are signed for upon delivery to Country2Urban. We ship exchanged products back to you for free with Royal Mail 2nd class service.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Country2Urban will cover any additional postage costs incurred.
International customers WILL be responsible for all shipping costs (Exchange shipping costs are the same as the original) We will require payment before we can ship any international exchange.
Please repack merchandise in the original shipping carton (or of the equivalent quality) and ship to the following address:

For your convenience, we include a sticky label on your order form with our address.
Fill out the form on the back of your order form and send it back with the package. We will then return or exchange as requested. If you now have an alternative shipping address please provide these new details clearly with the product and include with the package.
Please note, multiple order returns and wholesale orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
